6. Age limit and protection of minors
ZoFound is a service for adults only (18+). Registration requires your date of birth;
accounts belonging to people under 18 are refused and, if created nonetheless, deleted. Our
standards for protecting children against sexual abuse and exploitation are published
separately at zofound.com/trust/child-safety.

7. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36(1) no. 1 VSBG).
Consumers resident in Denmark may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution / the Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk).
Note: the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We therefore deliberately do not display a link to it.
8. Liability for content and links
We are responsible for our own content under the general laws. For user-generated content (profiles, messages, posts in communities and events) we act as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). We are under no general obligation to monitor the information users transmit or store; our obligation to remove or disable access to illegal content once we obtain knowledge of it remains unaffected. How to report illegal content and how we respond is set out in our Terms (clause 7) and in the Community Guidelines.
Our services contain links to third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for that content.
9. Copyright
Content, designs and works we have created in the app and on our websites are protected by Danish and German copyright law. Content uploaded by users remains their work (see Terms, clause 5).
